Terms & Conditions for Credit Request
1. All returns for credit are subject to 25% restock fee
2. Credit value is subject to value of purchase against original invoice
3. If item was sold at a discount, refund will be same value
4. Product qualifies for refund if purchase date is less than 6-months
5. Hardware must be in like new conditions
6. Item return with missing components from original packaging, are subject to not receive full refund according
to invoice
7. Fee’s will not be refunded: drop ship, shipping charge, credit card fees, processing fee, etc.
8. Product must be returned to original distributor of purchase
9. Software does not qualify for refund
10. After case is closed, refund will be available to distributor in 48 hours
Terms & Conditions for Replacement & Repair
1. RMA number is valid for 15-days
2. Physical damaged to unit is not covered under warranty
3. Repair request is subject to a fee in the case the product is not under warranty
4. Repair request is subject to a fee if parts are missing
5. Repair units will be sent back in the same package ZKTeco USA received the hardware
6. Replacement is subject to evaluation of the hardware determining the malfunction of the
hardware is from factory
