ZKAccess Releases SMK Series Standalone-Outdoor-Metal Keypad- RFID Readers

ZKAccess, a leading provider of biometric, RFID and access control solutions, is pleased to bring to market its SMK-V and SMK-H outdoor IP65-rated vandal-resistant metallic RFID readers. Featuring a back-lit keypad, both the SMK-V and SMK-H have built-in 12V relay contacts which can be connected directly to either an electric strike or magnetic door lock.

For the highest level of security and programming flexibility, SMK-V and SMK-H also have a built-in Wiegand-Out port which can be connected to most all third party access control panels, including ZKAccess C3 and InBio door controllers. SMK-V and SMK-H come standard with a built-in ZKAccess 125 KHz 26-bit RFID card reader. A Mifare card reader option is also available. The SMK-V and
SMK-H readers are equipped with relay outputs for electric lock and alarm, as well as auxiliary inputs for a door status sensor and exit switch. Built-in speakers and LEDs provide users with both audio and visual feedback.
